The terms of use for the service By using the service LetItBit, you agree to the terms of use for the service as described below.
Use of the service without agreement is prohibited.
Basic Principles of the Rules
- The user is not allowed to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- The user must not use the service for spreading information which violates the laws of the RF, which infringes upon anyone’s intellectual property, is a crack or a cracked version of any type of programming.
- The user is not allowed to use the service to create or disseminate unwanted e-mail messages (spam).
- Dissemination of viruses or of any other programs containing destructive code is prohibited.
- The files that the user shares on the service are the user’s responsibility alone.
- The service takes no responsibility for the content of the files downloaded thereon, and does not regularly check the content of this material.
- The service does not check files for viruses or for other programming which might have destructive capabilities your computer and does not take responsibility if you receive such a file from the service.
- The administration reserves the right to delete any file from the service as it sees fit.
- Files will remain on the server indefinitely in the absence of complaints. If a file has not been shared over seven days it will be taken down.
- Files which sort through the file numbers or otherwise overload the server are strictly prohibited. The IP addresses of violators will be banned, including a ban on the entire sub-network.
- The use of LetItBit as a source of files for use on other file-sharing or file-dissemination programs is prohibited. If such services are found, the administration reserves the right to block them.
- The use of the service for downloading programs which receive links to files without the user visiting the download page (such as RapGet, USDownloader, etc.) is prohibited.
- The following are prohibited:Loading, uploading, sending e-mail, distribution using any other method of publications disseminating terrorist propaganda, or encouraging inter-racial or religious hate, depicting violence or death;
if we discover such material of a serious nature, it will be handed over to the necessary authorities including the ISP. Loading, uploading, sending by e-mail or distributing in any other way publications containing information which violates the rights of any party holding a patent, a trademark, a trade secret, authorship or any other intellectual property rights. Breaking the Law. Adult content. LetItBit does not sanction or allow sites containing illegal material, or any other forms of illegal or indecent information dissemination, which encourages illegal activity, including gambling, illegal arms dealing, advertising or publication of material which might violate the pertinent laws relating to sexism or racism.

LetItBit reserves the right to immediately halt or cancel, without advanced notice, your registration or transaction, if it violates the above agreement.
Aside from this, in the case of violation of the client agreement, LetItBit will actively assist representatives of the appropriate authorities and the administration in collecting and presenting information about the client, the client’s site, with the illegal or indecent material, and about the parties, who were able to receive access, control or the use illegal or indecent content.
Complaints about parties violating our rules are received by e-mail at Abuse@LetItBit.net. Every complaint will be investigated, and, depending on our findings, could result in expulsion of the user from the service without prior notice.
Distributing premium accounts without prior consent of the site`s administrators is prohibited.
